WhatsApp Lite (client notices)

Who sets this up: studio owner.

Besides email, Adatis can send WhatsApp messages for booking notices and reminders via WhatsApp Lite (platform credits or your own Iugis number).

Free plan

On Free, WhatsApp is not available. Use email notices. Trial and paid plans (Solo, Studio, Multi) can use WhatsApp Lite.

Where to configure

1. Menu Settings → Messaging / WhatsApp.
2. Choose the mode:
   • Adatis pooled number — monthly plan credits (or extra packs).
   • Your own number (Iugis) — when the studio already has an Iugis number.
3. Set preference for WhatsApp, email or both (as shown on screen).
4. Pick reminder lead times (more than one reminder is allowed).
5. Save.

On the calendar

When booking, use notify on booking and send reminder — same idea as email. If the client has no phone, the panel warns you.

Credits and packs

• The usage card shows how much of the monthly quota was used.
• When it runs out, you can buy an extra pack on the same screen (when available).

Tip

On paid plans, combine email + WhatsApp: email carries the calendar file; WhatsApp reaches the phone faster.
