Invite your team

To grant panel access, Adatis sends an email invite. You never set their password — they create their own Adatis account.

Invite a professional

1. Register the professional under Team → Professionals.
2. In the list, click the email icon (Invite).
3. Enter their email and send.
4. The badge shows Invite pending until they accept.

Invite reception, manager, or SDR

1. Menu Team → Users.
2. Click Invite person.
3. Fill name, email, role, and units — no password field.
4. Send the invite.

What they receive

• New to Adatis: a link to create a password.
• Existing account: a link to sign in and accept the studio on Where will you work.

Resend

If the email did not arrive, use Invite / Resend invite again. The invite stays pending until accepted or declined.

Freelancer without login

A professional who only appears on the schedule can stay without access — inviting is optional.
