Google Bookings (Maps and Business Profile)

Who sets this up: studio owner.

With Google Bookings, clients can book from Google Maps or your Business Profile — and the appointment lands in the Adatis calendar.

Before you start

1. Your unit should have a Google profile for the same address (preferably verified).
2. Services that should appear online must be enabled for online booking (/book) — see Online booking.
3. Services that require a deposit (PIX) are not available via Google yet (use your /book link).
4. Full go-live on Google depends on Adatis (official partner). You connect the unit here; support sends the unit code when ready.

What you get

• New clients find you on Google and book without calling.
• Slots follow the same availability as Adatis.
• Cancellations from Google (when available) update the calendar.

Step by step in Adatis

1. Open the App Store

1. In the panel: Settings → Integrations.
2. Open the Digital presence tab.
3. On Google Bookings, click Connect.

2. Choose the unit

1. Select the unit (address) that should appear on Google.
2. Pick the right unit if you have more than one location.
3. Click Continue.

3. Paste the unit code

1. Paste the Google unit code that Adatis support sent you.
2. If you do not have a code yet, email contato@adatis.com.br with subject Google Bookings and the unit name.
3. Click Continue.

4. Confirm and save

1. Review the summary: unit → code.
2. At first the connection stays in setup / test mode — that is normal.
3. Click Save.

5. Sync availability

1. Open Google Bookings again (Configure).
2. Check the Unit → Google link.
3. Click Update hours on Google.
4. Under Recent updates, confirm a success line appears.

After connecting

1. Keep schedules and online services updated in Adatis.
2. When Adatis enables production with Google, clients will see the book button on Maps / Business Profile.
3. Until then, keep sharing your online booking link.

Common issues

Situation	What to do
I cannot find Digital presence	Sign in as owner and confirm your plan includes the App Store.
I do not have a unit code	Ask support (contato@adatis.com.br). Do not invent a code.
Service does not show on Google	It must be active, marked for online booking, and without required deposit.
“We are still preparing the connection”	Adatis is finishing Google enablement. Your setup is already saved.
Hours look outdated	Use Update hours on Google and wait a few minutes.
