Who sets this up: studio owner.
The Operations screen centralizes day-to-day rules for the salon.
Commissions
- Menu Settings → Operations.
- Turn Enable commission calculation on or off.
| Situation | Recommendation |
|---|---|
| You pay a percentage to professionals | On — enter the % on each professional's record |
| You only use professionals on the agenda, without tracking payments through the system | Off |
With commissions enabled, the percentage entered on the professional's record is included in future payment reports.
Where to set commission per professional
Team → Professionals → edit → Commission (%) field. See Add professional.
Other options
New operational rules (automatic confirmation, cancellation policies, etc.) will be added to this screen as the product evolves.
Tip
If you're just getting started, keep commissions off until your agenda and service order flow is running smoothly. Enable it when you're ready to track payments.
