Commission by service

Who sets this up: owner or manager — and commission tracking must be on under Settings → Operations.

Each professional has a default percentage. When one service pays differently (e.g. coloring 40% and everything else 30%), you only add the specials — the rest keep the default.

Steps

1. Menu Team → Professionals.
2. Open the professional → Default commission (%).
3. Under Commission by service, pick the service and %, then Save commissions by service.
4. The empty state “No special rates” means everything uses the default.

Day-to-day tips

• List: the commission column shows a short summary (e.g. Coloring 40% · default 30%).
• Copy: in the editor, copy another professional’s matrix — replace all or only fill what is missing.
• Paid order: the % used on that sale is frozen; the statement marks Special when it differs from today’s default.
• New service: after creating a service, the panel asks if you want a special rate now.

Turn commissions on or off

If the studio does not track payouts in Adatis yet, turn it off in Operations. When off, the per-service editor is hidden and new orders do not store commission.
