Initial setup (owner)
Use this checklist during your first week with Adatis. Set aside about 45 minutes.
1. Studio unit (address)
- Menu Team → Units.
- Open the default unit (e.g. Main branch).
- Check the phone number, address and the Client information text (shown in booking confirmations).
- Set the opening hours (clock icon) — see the Studio hours guide.
- Save.
2. Team
- Team → Professionals — add everyone who sees clients (name, phone, calendar color). See Add professional.
- For each professional, set their weekly schedule (calendar button in the list).
- Team → Users — create logins for your receptionist and manager if applicable. See Manage users.
Important
Any professional who uses the system needs a linked user account. A freelancer without system access can exist as a professional on the schedule only.
3. Services and products
- Catalog → Services — name, duration (minutes) and price. See Add service.
- Salon with multiple areas (hair, nails…)? See Organize services by category.
- Catalog → Products — resale items (shampoo, etc.) with minimum stock if you track inventory. See Add product.
- Catalog → Bundles — promotional packages combining two or more services. See Service bundles.
4. Integrations (optional, recommended)
- Settings → Integrations.
- Install Asaas, Mercado Pago or PagBank to accept PIX on service orders and booking deposits.
- Follow the Connect integrations article.
- In Settings → Payment methods, enable the options you want at checkout.
5. Quick test
- Add a test client.
- Book an appointment for tomorrow.
- Open a service order and complete it (even without PIX, just to learn the flow).
Done — your studio is up and running. Share the access guide with your reception team.
