Invite / add access

For new access, use Invite person — Adatis sends an email and they create their own password. Details: Invite team.

Before inviting

Add at least one unit — users must be linked to a unit.

SDR role

Use SDR when someone (or a partner agency) only books slots. Their menu stays short (Dashboard, Calendar, Clients). They cannot see orders or complete appointments.

Tip

Do not share the owner login with reception — create a Receptionist user instead.
