Session packages

Packages are prepaid session credits — for example, “10 laser sessions”. Unlike service bundles, a package covers the same service and the client uses sessions over time.

Where to create them

Menu Catalog → Packages (/service-packages).

Steps

1. Create the individual service first (price and duration).
2. Open Packages → New package.
3. Choose the unit, service, number of sessions, and total price.
4. Check the price per session (used for professional commission).
5. Optional: validity in days.
6. Save.

Selling a package

1. Open a client order.
2. When adding an item, choose type Package.
3. Select the package and complete payment.
4. Remaining sessions appear on the client profile under Session credits.

Using a session

When you add the service to an order (or complete the appointment), if the client has credit, the system uses one session automatically — the line is R$ 0 and the professional still earns commission on the package session price.

Tip

Do not delete a package that still has unused client sessions. Prefer deactivating it in the catalog.
