Dashboard

Who uses this: owner, manager and receptionist.

The Dashboard is the first screen after login. It shows a quick summary of the day at your studio.

What you see

Indicator	Meaning
Clients	Total registered clients
Professionals	Active team members
Today's bookings	Appointments scheduled for today
Open service orders	Orders not yet completed

Click View details on any card to go directly to that area.

Today's schedule

Below the indicators, a table lists the upcoming appointments for the day:

• Time, client, professional, service and status.
• Use View full schedule to open the agenda with all filters.

Quick access

Buttons to go directly to the Agenda, Clients or Service orders without using the side menu.

Setup banner

If the studio hasn't completed important steps yet (studio hours, first service, etc.), a banner at the top suggests the next action. Click it to go to the right screen.

Tip

Open the Dashboard at the start of your shift to see how many clients are expected and whether there are any open orders left over from the previous day.
