Online booking, mini-site and Instagram bio link

Who sets this up: studio owner.

With Adatis, clients can book on their own from a phone — without calling the studio. You can also publish a public studio page and copy-ready text for your Instagram bio.

Booking link (/book)

1. Menu Settings → General.
2. Find the online booking link block.
3. Share the link with clients (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Business Profile).

The client picks service, professional, date and time. The appointment appears on your Calendar automatically.

Free plan

On the Free plan, the booking page shows a small “Powered by Adatis” badge. Paid plans hide the badge.

Studio mini-site

1. In Settings → General, open the Public profile card.
2. Set:
   • Page address (slug) — e.g. my-studio → painel.adatis.com.br/s/my-studio
   • About text
   • Instagram (optional)
3. Save and open the link to preview.

The page lists services, team and a Book button.

Instagram bio text

On the same Settings → General screen, use Link for Instagram bio:

1. The system suggests text with the next free slot (when available).
2. Click Copy text or Copy link.
3. Paste into your Instagram bio or stories.

If there is no free slot, the card explains what to fix (services, professionals, weekly schedule).

What clients cannot do via the link

• They do not pay a deposit PIX on public booking in this phase.
• Advanced flows may stay in the panel — use the internal calendar when needed.

Tip

Put the booking link and mini-site where clients already are (WhatsApp and Instagram). Reception spends less time on the phone.
