Adatis app on your phone
The Adatis app (Android and iPhone) is the main day-to-day channel: schedule, tickets, clients and waitlist — without opening the web panel.
- Download the app on the Play Store (Android). App Store (iPhone) coming soon.
- Use the same email and password as the web panel — or Sign in with Google if you already use it on the computer.
- If you work in more than one studio, pick the studio when you open the app.
Buttons at the bottom of the screen
On Android phones with the three system buttons (back, home, recent apps), the app adds space at the bottom so Cancel, Save and Add are not hidden behind those buttons.
| Phone navigation style | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Three buttons (back / home / recent) | Extra space under forms and floating buttons |
| Gestures (thin bar at the bottom) | Smaller gap — the app does not push the screen too far |
If an app button still looks covered, close and reopen the app. If it continues, contact support from Help / Tickets in the app.
Quick tips
- Tap the dimmed area above a form (waitlist, new ticket, etc.) or drag the handle down to close without saving — if you already typed something, the app asks whether to discard.
- On the waitlist, the + Queue button sits a bit above the edge for easier tapping.
- In the app, under Help / Tickets, the Phone app tips card opens this article without leaving Adatis. Offline, the app shows a short summary on the screen.
- In Profile, you can turn on or off vibration when closing forms, swipe-to-close, reduce motion, remember search across restarts, always confirm discard, and clear “don’t ask when discarding” if you chose that.
- On PIX, tap the QR Code to enlarge (pinch or tap again). The app remembers the zoom and lets you share the image.
- If checkout has no payment methods, the app points to Settings in the web panel.
- Advanced tasks (CSV, App Store, health forms) stay in the web panel.
