Add a service

Who sets this up: owner or manager.

Services are the procedures your salon offers — haircut, blow-dry, manicure, facial, etc.

Step by step

  1. Menu Catalog → Services.
  2. Click New service.
  3. On the Details tab, fill in:
    • Unit — where the service is offered
    • Name — how it appears on the agenda and service orders
    • Duration (minutes) — appointment length
    • Price — amount charged to the client
  4. Optional:
    • Post-appointment cleaning time — gap between clients (not billed)
    • Require deposit (PIX) at booking — client pays a deposit when scheduling
  5. On the Who provides tab, check the qualified professionals.
  6. Save.

Deposit at booking

If you enable Require deposit:

  1. Choose the allowed percentages (e.g. 30%, 50%).
  2. The client receives a PIX QR Code when confirming the booking.
  3. The time slot stays pending until payment is received.

Requires an active payment integration — see Integrations.

Product sheet (supplies)

For services that use products from stock:

  1. In the list, click Product sheet on the service.
  2. Add the products and quantities used per appointment.
  3. When closing a service order, the system may ask about supply consumption.

Organize by category

Salon with multiple areas? See Organize services by category.

Bundles

Packages with more than one service are in Catalog → Bundles — see Service bundles. The service list has a shortcut to that page.

Deactivate a service

Edit the service and mark it as inactive to hide it from the agenda without deleting the history.
