Access and login
Sign in to the panel
- Open painel.adatis.com.br in your browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox).
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign in.
If your credentials are correct, you will see the side menu with Dashboard, Agenda, Service orders and other modules.
On your phone, use the Adatis app with the same login (email/password or Google).
Forgot my password
- On the login screen, click Forgot my password.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Check your inbox — we'll send a link to set a new password.

Common problems
| What happens | What to do |
|---|---|
| "Incorrect email or password" message | Check Caps Lock; use Forgot my password if needed |
| Blank screen after login | Refresh the page (Ctrl+F5) or try another browser |
| "Subscription suspended" | Ask the owner to go to Settings → Subscription to reinstate the plan |
Sign out safely
Click on your photo or name in the top right corner → Sign out.
