Payment methods

Who sets this up: studio owner.

Here you choose which payment options appear when closing service orders and when charging a booking deposit.

Step by step

1. Menu Settings → Payment methods.
2. In the Checkout (Reception) section, check the options available when completing service orders:
   • Cash
   • Card (debit/credit)
   • PIX
   • Other configured methods
3. In the Booking deposit section, check the methods accepted when a service requires a deposit.
4. Click Save settings.

Important rule

Only the methods you enable here appear in the system. If PIX is not checked, reception won't see that option at checkout.

PIX and gateways

To offer automatic PIX (QR Code on screen):

1. Connect a gateway in Settings → Integrations — see Integrations.
2. Come back here and enable PIX in the desired sections.

If the gateway is not connected, PIX will appear disabled with a prompt to complete the integration.

Test it

1. Enable the desired methods and save.
2. Open a test service order.
3. Close it and check that the correct options appear.

Tip

Many salons enable cash + card + PIX at checkout. For booking deposits, PIX is usually enough.
